The dashboard loads all single evaluation-run folders where both
job_return_value.json and .hydra/overrides.yaml are present. Runs inside
predict are ignored.
Supports GitHub tree URLs with branch, tag, or commit refs. The token is stored only in this browser and is never added to the dashboard URL.
